Common Questions and Answers

  • Do you board cats?  No. We do not have the facilities to safely board cats. We can however board other farm animals. Please call for pricing.
  • Is grooming available? Yes.  Grooming is available off site
  • Do I bring food for the dog or dogs? Yes.  Please place in a labeled container and be sure to bring enough for your dogs entire stay.
  • Can I brings toys or bedding? You can bring items to make the dogs feel at home but we cannot guarantee the condition of the items when you check out.
  • What if my dog requires medication? We wil be happy to administer medication.
  • What vaccines are required? Rabies, Bortedello, and DAPPC.
  • What time can I check a dog in/out? Please make a reservation for check in and check out.
  • Are the kennels under cover or outdoors? Sleeping quarters are inside.
  • Are large runs available? Yes. We have 9 outside runs available.

  • Questions about rescues needing a home.

  • Do you have any dogs for adoption and do you adopt local or out of state? Most rescue dogs that are adopted leave to go to the New England States and a few other states. Several different transport groups help the rescue dogs get to their new homes or to their rescue groups.
  • Where do the dogs come from that are available for adoption? We pull dogs from local shelters or it could be a stray dog that we find. We are not an animal shelter and do not take in strays from the plublic.  We normally only have a few dogs at a time for adoption and we will post other dogs that are foster by another group.
  • Adoption fees are required on all dogs, helping with cost of Spay/Neuter and vet bills. We do accept donations to cover cost for rescue dogs.
